There’s no way around it - rowing can be an expensive sport. There are always equipment costs and expenses that are not covered by either the school or registration fees. SHHS Crew depends on fundraising to maintain boats, oars, trailers, and ergs, to upgrade our fleet, and help reduce costs for ALL students.
Tent Lending
The Shaker Crew Team has tents available for your graduation parties, backyard BBQs, garage sales and other outdoor parties through its Lend-A-Tent program. Shaker Crew has five large tents (3 white tents and 2 red tents) available. Each tent is 10' x 20'. Shaker Crew Team members will set up the tent the day of your event and take it down the following day. There is a suggested (tax-deductible!) donation of $200 - $250 per tent.
