New athletes will be given a novice shirt and a team t-shirt.
Team-branded swag is optional and at your own cost.
Team Novice Shirt
After one year of rowing, the Shaker Athletic Department will purchase a racing uni for each athlete. This is the athlete’s to keep. If you need a replacement uni for any reason, it will be at your own expense.

After two seasons of racing, rowers have the option to buy a Shaker Stevenson splash jacket (at their own expense). These are Gore-tex jackets which can be worn in the boat or on land are highly versatile - most athletes have one.
